Disregard public warning from East Dadekotopon Development Trust against Kodjo Yemo

Benjamin Kodjo Yemo Benjamin Kodjo Yemo

Following a publication by accramails.com on 13th July and in other newspaper publications titled “Public Warning From East Dadekopon Development Trust” signed by Nii Kwade Okropong I, Gilbert Obile and Emmanuel Odoi Yemo, the trust has issued a rejoinder denying knowledge of all three persons posing as trustees.

According to the rejoinder, the earlier publications did not emanate from the trust and is therefore urging the general public to disregard it.

Mr. Nii Kwade Okropong I, who posed as chairman of the development trust in the our earlier publication accused Mr. Benjamin Kodjo Yemo Jnr (B.K) of illegally selling parcels of lands situated behind the Ghana International Trade Fair, La, Accra.

The former and his two cohorts (then), cautioned the general public not to transact business with the later as he is not a trustee of the East Dadekopon Development Trust.

However, the East Dadekopon Development Trust also says “the authors/signatories of the publication are neither trustees nor workers of the East Dadekopon Development Trust”.

REJOINDER

Our attention has been drawn to a publication in the July 12 and 16, 2018 editions of the Daily Guide newspaper with the caption PUBLIC WARNING FROM EAST DADEKOTOPON DEVELOPMENT TRUST concerning MR. BENJAMIN KODJO YEMOH.

We want the general public to know that said publication did not emanate from the East Dadekotopon Development Trust.

The authors/signatories of the publication are neither Trustees nor workers of the East Dadekotopon Development Trust.

Joseph Nii Nai Adjei(Nii Kwade Okropong I) who signed the publication as the Chairman of the Trust, has been found to lack capacity as Trustee by the High Court 7, Land Division, in a ruling delivered on 31st July 2017 with regards to Suit No. LD/0487/2017. Gilbert Oblie Lomotey is not a Trustee and Emmanuel Odoi Yemoh is not an Executive Secretary of the Trust.

A public notice regarding Emmanuel Odoi Yemoh not being an Executive Secretary of the Trust was published in the June 14, 2018 edition of the Daily Graphic.

The East Dadekotopon Development Trust therefore entreats the public to disregard the publication.

Signed

Nii Obour Fred Afful
Chairman,
