Why The Starlets were refused Visas

The national under-17 team, the Black Starlets, failed to obtain travel permits for a planned training tour to United Kingdom and USA, because the football authorities (GFA or/and Ministry of sports) put in an application for a contingent of over 50.

Under normal circumstances, a team is made up of 22 players and 4-6 officials.

The team now has had to make do with a tour of Brazil.
