ProCredit opens new outlet in Accra

Accra, June 13, GNA - ProCredit Savings and Loans Company Limited has opened a new branch at Dansoman in Accra, bringing the total number of branches to seven.

A statement issued in Accra on Tuesday by the Company said the seven branches were opened in less than four years of operations in Ghana.

=93The choice of Dansoman came after careful consideration of the business activity in the area.

=93Being specialized in the provision of financial services to micro, small and medium-scale enterprises, ProCredit anticipates great demand from the numerous entrepreneurs in the neighbourhood.=94 It said ProCredit would boost the growth of Dansoman=92s business community through its business loan facilities and also provide an attractive alternative for savers in the area. =93With no initial and no minimum account balance required, it is easy for everyone to open and maintain an account with ProCredit and to enjoy their excellent banking services and competitive interest rates on savings and short term investments.=94

The other ProCredit branches are located at Kokomlemle, Tema, Kaneshie, Kantamanto, Madina and Tudu.

The new branch of the Company, which is part of the international ProCredit Network represented in 19 countries around the world, would offer full services for both savings and loans products to existing and new clients. 13 June 06
