Agric Deputy Minister's resignation! What did the NDC gain from it?

This minister realised he did not speak well and did the honorable thing by apologising This minister realised he did not speak well and did the honorable thing by apologising

I listened to the peace Fm mid morning show hosted by Kofi Kum Bilson Wednesday 30th August 2017 and I almost cried for the Agric Deputy Minister who just resigned over some unfortunate comment he had made about our Northern brothers.

The peace Fm presenter only described the former deputy minister William Quiatoo as very fine gentleman and then played one of the Nana Acheampong songs" Efie Egya Adum Anya Adwo Asem de n'asem ko" for the embattled deputy minister.

Hmmm...well the NDC A.B.A Fuseini and Haruna Iddrisu has now achieve what they pressurised the minister and the president to do for them.

I presume they are now satisfied but they should know that "to err is human and to forgive is devine".

This minister realised he did not speak well and did the honorable thing by issued unqualified apology our northern brothers for his unfortunate comment yet these two NDC Members of parliament couldn't find a place in their heart to forgive him and still asked for his resignation.

Well..he has resigned; are they not happy now? What do you stand to achieve over a minister's resignation? Does his resignation remove the comment he made? Certainly not...so why calling for his head?

What even annoys me is the manner in which A.B.A Fuseini hop from one radio station to another trumpeting and flaming the comment made by the minister to create disaffection from these northern brothers for the minister and the npp as a whole.

To our northern brothers ...don't you know how to forgive? Even God forgive us our sins how much more humans!

You people have taught us that when you offend any tribe and you apologise, we shouldn't accept it but go ahead to do what we intend to to you.

To these two NDC MPs ...we are watching you and your utterances and woe unto you should you make any loose talk...I rest my case here
God be with us all.
