GHALCA releases rates for top4 matches

The Ghana Leagues Clubs Association (GHALCA) has released rates for the opening day's matches of the Coca-Cola Top 4 competition which kicks off at the Accra and Kumasi Sports Stadiums on Sunday, January 11.

A release from GHALCA signed by Mr. Kodjo Fianoo, the Administrative Manager promised all spectators who would throng the stadiums a very competitive tournament and assured them that all the four participating clubs have promised to give off their best. The statement further cautioned fans to comport themselves at the stadiums as the organizers have resolved not to tolerate any form of lawlessness.

The Coca-Cola sponsored event is in its third year with Hearts and Kotoko winning the first and second editions respectively. The enthusiasm for this year's event has been reduced somewhat with the withdrawal of winners of last year's event and current league champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko after they failed to agree on financial terms with the organizers.

Kotoko position in the tournament has now been taken by Berekum Arsenals who were fifth in the just ended Premier league. The rate for Arsenals and Hearts at the Kumasi Sports Stadium will have the popular Stands attracting 10,000 cedis, Centerline 15,000 cedis, Ex Wings 25,000 cedis, Wings 30,000 whilst the VIP section will go for 40,000 cedis.

Liberty's opener against King Faisal at the Accra Sports Stadium will attract 10,000 cedis for the Popular Stand, 15,000 cedis for the Osu Stand, 25,000 cedis for the Upper Terrace and 30,000 for the Wings and the VIP Section.
