22 Players invited for Black Stars Camping

Accra, Mar. 14, GNA - The Ghana Football Association has invited 22 players of Premier clubs to report for camping at the Apaade Lodge, Tesano in Accra on the 16th of March by 8 pm.

A Press Release signed by the General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Mr Kofi Nsiah and copied to the GNA Sports said the camping from 16th - 19th March is for the home based players to form the nucleus of the Black Stars in preparation towards an impending friendly match.

It named the players as Amankwah Mireku, Ablade Morgan, Dan Quaye, Eben Dida, Lawrence Adjei, Osei Kuffour, Sammy Adjei, Kwabena Boafo and Lawrence Adjah Tettey from Accra Hearts of Oak.

The others from the camp of Kumasi Asante Kotoko are Daniel Yeboah, Godfried Yeboah, Joe Hendricks, Louis Quainoo, Michael Asante, Nana Arhin Duah, Shilla Alhassan and William Tiero.

The rest are Emmanuel Frimpong and Issifu Ansah from Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals, Awudu Ronaldo and George Eranio from Obausi Goldfields and Hamza Mohammed from Kumasi King Faisal.

The Release said the players of Accra Hearts of Oak would be released to join their club after the morning training on Thursday March 18.
