Winneba secondary school emerges soccer champions

Cape Coast, Dec. 6, GNA - Winneba Secondary school beat Boa Amponsem Secondary school 2-1 to lift the trophy in the finals of the Central Region Inter- Schools and Colleges soccer championship competition at the Adisadel College park on Saturday.

Winneba had earlier, thrashed defending champions Aggrey Memorial 5-0 to qualify for the finals, while Boa Amponsem beat Cape Coast Technical Institute 1-0.
