Seven teams register for table tennis league

Accra, Jan 27, GNA - With only five days to end registration for the maiden Akosombo Textile Limited sponsored national table tennis league, only seven clubs have so far registered to participate in the event.

Registration ends on Tuesday, February 1, at the Ghana Tennis Association's (GTTA) secretariat.

A check by the GNA Sports at the secretariat on Thursday reveals that some teams from the security services, Ashanti, Central and the Greater Accra region are among the seven registered teams. The league kick-starts in March, this year.
