Who wins 2014 MacDan Tennis Open?

The court is set for the final of the exciting MacDan Tennis Open being held at the Accra Sports Stadium Tennis Courts.

Top seeds George Darko and Japheth Bagerebaseh are the two finalists for the Men’s Singles title and it is going to be a real ding dong battle on Saturday April 26.

Both players have vowed to grab the 1,000ghc for the winner and it is going to be one of the most memorable tennis finals.

In the female category, sensational second seed Yvonne Bruce – Tagoe takes on number one seed Francisca Nyarko and it is going to be another thriller.

Bruce – Tagoe told yours truly in an exclusive interview that she is poised for victory and will put out her best to win for her family.

The second year Reliance College student noted that she loves to play tennis because she wants to make big name for herself and her country.

She praised her coach Aryee for training her to reach the top and hoped to win the MacDan Open.

She said her slogan and motto will make her victorious. “I am called Tennis For Life, and I will prove a point” she said.
