Besiktas chase Mario Balotelli

Liverpool forward Mario Balotelli has been targeted by Turkish club Besiktas, the club’s president reveal.

According to a report by Skysports, the 25-year-old will be looking forward to joining the club as he looks to revive his career.

The Italian-born of Ghanaian descent is regarded surplus to requirement in the Liverpool side having failed to impress after signing for the club in 2014.

Besiktas are expected to intensify their bid as they seek to speed up their chase for the former Manchester City player.
