Vincent Oppong Asamoah impressed with league spectatorship

Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Hon. Vincent Oppong Asamoah says he is impressed with the level of attendance during Ghana Premier League matches in the ongoing season.

According to the vibrant gentleman, scenes from the various league centers every week have been very encouraging and colourful insisting he is impressed so far.

“I think we are seeing the best spectatoring so far in the league and that is impressive. The fans have been so splendid and I must say I am impressed,” he told Asempa FM.

The deputy minister added that the quality of play has also been impressive with officiating being the best so far.

“The quality of play has been fantastic and officiating too has not been bad at all.”

The 2015/16 Ghana Premier League has received the best of spectatorship as well as high standard of play with just five weeks since its commencement.
