Special rates for Hearts/Kotoko 18th week encounter

Accra, Aug 20, GNA--The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club on Wednesday said special rates will apply during their 18th week Kinapharma Premier League match with Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, August 31.

A statement signed by Mr Ashford Tettey Oku Administrative Manager of the club and made available to GNA Sports reminded the general public that maximum security will be mounted at all entry points of the stadium, especially the main gates.

It warned those who delight in massing up the gates with the intention of creating a melee to enable them gain free access to keep a healthy distance from the gates.

The statement said the club has empowered the security agencies to deal appropriately with such vices.

It added that only those with the approved Kinapharma Press ID cards and the National Sports Council (NSC), Presidential box, VIP annex complimentary cards issued by the club and FIFA referees would be freely admitted.

The statement said no other cards including colts cards will be admitted adding that such holders must purchase tickets at the booths or stay away from the match.

According to the statement, 150,000 cedis would be charged for the VIP, while 100,000 and 60,000 would be charged for the Wings and Upper Terrace with 40,000 cedis going for the Osu and May Ninth Stands while the Popular Stand will attract 30,000 cedis.
