Duo retain places on Ex.Co after going unopposed

Candidates in the Ashanti Region and Brong Ahafo regions were today returned unopposed by delegates for the position of Chairman of their respective Regional Football Associations.

Osei Tutu Agyemang retained his position to represent the Ashanti RFA on the Executive Committee of the Ghana Football Association while Augustine Asante was also returned to office by delegates in the Brong Ahafo region.

The election to select the Chairman of the Eastern Regional Football Association could not come off due to a court injunction filed by SC Hikari, a Second Division side in the region.

Lawal Abdul Ganiyu and Nana Kwadwo Budu II are contesting to represent the region on the GFA Executive Committee.
