Jenaak Academy For Middle League

Jenaak Professional Soccer Academy has qualified for this year's Middle league after beating Soccer Intellectuals from Winneba on penalty in the 73rd minute on Wednesday in the Final of the 2008/2009 Central Regional 2nd Division league match. The penalty kick came from the number seven man, Selorm Gadekah.

The Gomoa Akotis based academy which also provides a training centre dedicated to providing excellence in the development of soccer players is now poised to face the herculean task of getting to the first division league this year.

According to the large supporters of the team who were at the park on Wednesday to cheer Jenaak up, said , "this year is the year of Jenaak and by the Grace of God we have won and qualified"

The players could not hide their joy as they were full of smiles and praises to God. In an interview with the coach of Jenaak, Kenneth, he was full of praise to the almighty God and added that Jenaak has really come far and today is their happy moment.

He said that Jenaak is ready to make their supporters proud and promised that they are ready to win the first Division title.

He used the opportunity to appeal to Philanthropists and lovers of youth sports development to come and help support the Academy.
