Ismailia, Sept. 28, GNA - Uzbekistan Coach, Akhmad Ubatdulleav has authenticated the Black Satellites quality despite the team's below par game that produced a 2-1 win in a Group D nerve wracking game against his side on Saturday.

The coach told GNA Sports that Ghana fell behind in 47 minutes and had to rely on late goals from Ransford Osei and Dominic Adiyiah, to snatch victory from the jaws of the Asians.

He insisted that Ghana was the better side.

"The Ghana team is a very good one and today, they proved they have experience, quality and the attitude to be champions."

Ubatdulleav praised Ghana for recovering from an early near upset, which he said was invented to frustrate the African Champions, in search of a victory that would have soared their confidence.

He expressed confidence that Ghana could make a bolder statement in the competition, which no African team had ever won.

"Though am not satisfied with how my boys considered two late goals, Ghana was the stronger and they will go very far in the tournament with the kind of quality they posses."

Considered the weakest in the group that has England and Uruguay, Uzbekistan was expected be the whipping boys against Ghana but the team failed to rise to the occasion and got a lead just after half time.
