Footyghana.com has learnt that Hearts of Oak has still not been able to complete the signing of former player Joseph Tagoe because the two parties are yet to agree on the length of the contract and the sell-on percentage accruing to Hearts of Oak.
According to our sources, negotiations are still on-going, but both parties face a race against time ahead of the registration deadline which is today at 5pm.
Footyghana.com has also learnt that Tagoe's International Transfer Certificate has still not been received by Hearts and that has slowed down progress in completing the deal.
Tagoe, popularly known as 'Bobby Short' has had earlier stints with Great Olympics and Hearts and has returned from a playing stint in Nigeria
