South African referees for Hearts/Sahel match

Accra, April 18, GNA - The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has named South African referee Darmone Jerome Kelvyn to handle Saturday's Champions League match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Etoile Du Sahel of Tunisia at the Len Clay Sports Stadium at Obuasi.

He would be assisted on the lines by two fellow South Africans. They are Matela Lazarus and Thulane Reginald Motloung with Ghana's Justice Yeboah as the fourth referee.

Togolese Ekue Godfried Folly is to be the Match Commissioner. A statement issued by Ashford Tetteh-Oku, Hearts Administrative Manager copied to the GNA Sports also said the rate for the Popular Stand would go for 20,000 cedis, the Centre Line will be 30,000 cedis while the VIP Wings (A and B) would be 50,000 cedis. The rate for the VIP will go for 100,000 cedis.

The statement said the gates would be opened at 9:00 am prompt with the kick off time at 2:00pm.

According to Tetteh-Oku, no other form of entry cards will be permitted at the gates apart from complimentary cards issued on the authority of the Club for the VVIP, Ghana Football Association (GFA), CAF, state officials and those with media accreditation. Meanwhile, a 28-member team of Etoile du Sahel are expected in Accra via Dubai on Thursday, April 19 and would be transported immediately to the match venue.
