Schalke O4 thrash Borbor Mfantse

Abura Odonase Dec. 18, GNA - Odonase Schalke O4 reaped a goal harvest when they beat Mankessim Borbor Mfantse 6-2 in their outstanding second division league match played at Odonase on Tuesday. Outside right Michael Gyimah who played a yeoman's game scored a hat trick for the home team.

From the blast of the referee's whistle, Schalke O4 who are on top of the league table with 31 points scored two quick goals through Gyimah in the 4th and 10th minutes.

Centre half Isaac Abban of Borbor Mfantse pulled a goal back in the 25th minute but midfielder Emmanuel Larbi made it 3-1 in the 30th minute.

Outside left Meky Sam reduced the tally to 3-2 before half time. On resumption, Schalke O4 took absolute control of the game and scored three more goals through Gyimah, Daniel Anthony and Emmanuel Larbi to bring the full time scores to 6-2 in favour of Schalke O4.
