Randy Abbey is GFA's spokesman

Accra, Feb. 24, GNA - Mr Randy Abbey, a media practitioner and a member of the Ghana Football Association's (GFA) Executive Committee, has been appointed as the association's spokesman, a statement said in Accra on Friday.

The statement, signed by Kwesi Nyantakyi, President of the association said the appointment takes immediate effect. Also elevated is Mr Fred Crentsil, former Chairman of the Black Starlets' Management Committee.

He would act as president of the GFA from February 25 to March 10 in the absence of Nyantakyi and his vice Mr Fred Pappoe, both scheduled to travel outside the country for officials duties. 24 Feb. 06
