Potterfield Impressed With Standard Of Play In Ghana

Ian Potterfield, the Scottish coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, has expressed satisfaction with the standard of football in Ghana. In an interview with pressmen after Kotoko's 3-0 massacre of Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium last wednesday, Potterfield, who has been in charge of the technical direction of Kotoko in their last four matches, and won all, said that he is so far impressed with the standard of play and thinks that this year's league would be exciting.

He further commended his players for their high sense of professionalism and commitment,and urged them not to rest on their oars but prepare for the challenges ahead.
