Oguaa United qualifies for the Juvenile finals

Cape Coast, May 16, GNA - Oguaa United spanked Mankessim Counter Force 3-0 to qualify for the finals of the 'Under 14 Inter District Juvenile' championship played at Robert Mensah stadium, Cape Coast, on Monday. Oguaa United dominated the first half and went ahead to score the first goal in the 25th minute through their play-maker, Amadu Sumaila. Counter Force resumed the second half strongly and matched their opponents in all departments of the game but their hopes of finding the equalizer were dashed when United went ahead to net in two more rapid goals through Anthony Yearful and Lewis Ankrah within a span of five minutes.

In another encounter, Royals beat Odomankomaba 5-3 on penalties while Liverpool whipped Paa Badu Stars 5-4 also on penalties.
