Odotei offers to buy shares in Conerstones

Former Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak Vincent Sowah Odotei has offered to buy shares from Ghanaian second tier club Conerstones.

The Ghana FA Presidential hopeful is desirous of getting back to active football administration following his exit from relegated Ghana Premier League side King Faisal.

Some even believe Odotei wants to wrap up the deal quickly to use the club as a tool to fuel his Ghana FA Presidential ambitions.

Chief Executive Officer of Conerstones Eric Amoah confirmed the offer made by Odotei but says an agreement is yet to be reached.

“A gentleman named Mr. [Sowah] Odotei approached me with the view of acquiring shares in Kumasi Conerstones,” he told Montie FM.

“We have met three times but nothing has been agreed yet.

“I have to take hos offer up to the board of directors and live patrons of the club.

“So for now, nothing has been agreed but yes, an offer to buy shares in the club has been made by Odotei.”
