“Ngor has quality to defeat Hearts” – Senegal League Boss Seck

The President of the Senegal Football League, Saer Seck believes Olympique de Ngor have the quality to hand Hearts of Oak a surprising defeat in M’Bour to progress in the CAF Confederation Cup after grinding out a league triumph over AS Pikine last Sunday.

AS Pikine, who are participating in the CAF Champions League, were beaten 4-1 by Olympique de Ngor, who need just a 1-0 win over the Phobians to make it through to the second round of the continental club competition.

“For Ngor, I have no fears that this team is especially full of quality. We saw a great Ngor team last weekend against Pikine in the league (4-1). And I hope they will repeat the same performance (against Hearts of Oak). We will do everything for Ngor to feel at home in Mbour,” Saer Seck stated.

Hearts must avoid defeat or manage to hold Olympique de Ngor to a goalless draw to sail through and book a date with either Egyptian club Petrojet or Malian outfit Djoliba.
