Muntari goes AWOL from World Cup camp

Ghana football authorities are seething with rage after midfielder Sulley Muntari left their World Cup camp without permission, disrupting the country’s preparations for the next week’s global tournament, Ghanasoccernet deep investigation have revealed.

The Inter Milan ace’s international career is hanging by a thread after leaving the camp in Rotterdam and headed for London even before the team departed Holland after Tuesday’s friendly.

The latest in the litany of past serious disciplinary problems for the Inter Milan star has been triggered by Muntari’s quest for a hotel room to himself in Rotterdam which was turned down by the Ghana FA.

Muntari, who was axed from the Black Stars squad by coach Milovan Rajevac at the African Cup of Nations for indiscipline, then left the camp under the pretext of seeing doctors in London over a minor injury.
