Milan want to keep Boateng

“Milan want to keep hold of Kevin-Prince Boateng and he certainly won’t return to Genoa,” said President Enrico Preziosi.

The Ghana international was signed by Genoa in an odd transfer deal during the summer, as he was turned over immediately to the Rossoneri on loan.

“Boateng had a great season and Milan want to keep hold of him, based on the agreement we had previously set out,” revealed Genoa patron Preziosi on Radio Kiss Kiss.

“If all goes smoothly, then there should be no problems. Otherwise, we’ll have to find a solution, but he certainly won’t return to Genoa.”

Preziosi may have business deals in place with Milan, but he hopes they lose the title race.

“I hope Napoli can crown their Scudetto dreams, as they have a squad capable of doing it and I am cheering them on.”
