Middlesbrough rival Portsmouth for Muntari

Middlesbrough have joined the race for Udinese midfielder Sulley Muntari.

The Ghana international, 22, has already attracted serious inquiries from Portsmouth and Spartak Moscow in recent weeks.

Udinese are ready to sell and Middlesbrough are the latest to make an approach about Muntari's availability.
