Mensah To Miss Ghana-Australia

Ghana international, John Mensah, is set to miss the international friendly between Ghana and Australia set for London on Nov. 14, after tearing his groin in the 1-0 victory over French league leaders, Lyon, last Saturday.

The Rennes defender will also miss his side's next four matches. He is likely to be out until early December.

"It will be a long time without him," rued manager Pierre Dreossi. "I will try different things to replace him, but I don't have too many options. It will either be [Jacques] Faty or [Mario] Melchiot playing in the middle."
