Liberty to clash against Hearts for the third time

Accra, Oct 3, GNA - City rivals Accra Hearts of Oak and Liberty Professionals would on Sunday clash for the third time this season in a special charity match billed for the Dansoman Stadium. The duel, which is the brainchild of One Village Foundation -Ghana, Prolink Organization and United Through Sports of UK is aimed at raising funds for HIV/AIDS patients.

The game is the third meeting between the two clubs this year and would also be Liberty's their maiden encounter since they relocated to their Dansoman stadium last month.

Proceeds from the gate would be used to support people living with HIV/AIDS and children affected with the deadly disease. Both teams remain optimistic about their chances of lifting the trophy at stake in the game dubbed "Sports People that Care" Cup. The duel is expected to be a revenge mission for Liberty who bowed twice with 1-0 losses to the defending league champions this season. Whilst Hearts would be looking for another victory that will deliver them their first trophy for the season, the host coach Cecil Jones Attuquayefio who is yet to beat his former club since switching camp earlier in the year must be plotting the fall of the Phobians with an incredible strategy.
