Laryea Kingson in line for Hearts return

Former Black Stars midfielder Laryea Kingson is contemplating a return to Accra Hearts of Oak in January after ending his Israeli experience.

Kingson is back in Ghana after leaving his Israeli Club, Hapoel Beer Sheva due to contractual disagreements with suggestions he could be returning to his former club as early as January.

But the player worries that the attitude to ex-European based players who return home to play in the local league must change because the domestic games needs their experience to draw fans back into the stadium.

He told Joy JoySports: "At the moment Accra Hears of Oak don't have a key player that people will go to the stadium to watch. Their last game there was a rumour that I was going to play and it generated a lot of interest. In the past people went to the stadium to watch Joe Debrah and Shamo Quaye. These days there is no one like that."
