Lagos All Stars hosts Ghana's Liberty Oldies

All Stars Football Club of Lagos, an association of retired professional footballers, will hosts its Ghanaian counterpart, the Liberty Oldies on September 27 in Badagry, its spokesperson, Yomi Opakunle has disclosed. Opakunle revealed that the encounter would be part of the club's annual bilateral-relations activity, which begins on that day, and forms part of the commemorative activities of Nigeria's 47th independence anniversary. All Stars international on Sunday installed a new executive council at its Eagle Club Surulere Club House. The event, which was chaired by Lagos State Commissioner for Youths, Sports and Social Development, Prince Ademola Adeniji-Adele, attracted such renowned Nigerian football veterans as Pa Victor Potts-Johnson (Thunder Balogun's team mate), Peter 'Eusebio' Anieke, Amusa 'Bulldozer' Shittu, Dan Ajibode, Sunny Oyarekhua, Yomi Peters, Prosper Ajavon, Yisa Sofoluwe and many more.
