Kotoko supporters hail victory

Sunyani, (B/A) March 22, GNA - Sunyani Polytechnic (S-Poly) Kumasi Asante Kotoko Supporters Circle has hailed team for their outstanding performance last Sunday culminating in the 2-0 victory over arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.

Mr Emmanuel Adjei, Chairman of the S-Poly Circle in a congratulatory statement copied to GNA Sports said that the players did 93incredibly well= " during the epic match as they easily repulsed all threatening moves and attacks by their opponents. "The approach and tactics of Coach Bogdan Korak was spectacular, on account of earlier pessimism among some people who doubted his competency= ", the Students' Circle stated.

The students commended especially Daniel Nii Adjei, Ahmed Toure, Yaw Frimpong and Awal Mohammed for their tremendous performance during the matc= h which won the hearts of many of them the supporters and fans. They expressed appreciation for the efforts of the technical team, management, supporters and the entire team that ensured that success was achieved at the end of the match.

The student body, however, cautioned the players not to feel complacen= t with the accomplishment and underrate the competence of other teams in subsequent matches but to rather step up their training to achieve more successes.

The S-Poly Students' Circle commended the manner in which supporters= of both teams comported themselves as they cheered on their teams throughout the game and expressed the hope that subsequent matches between the two sides would enjoy the same comportment and patronage.
