Kotoko Boss Warns Buckhard Ziese

The Chairman of the Interim Management Committee of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has warned the embattled former Black Stars coach, Buckhard Ziese to stay clear of their rugged defender, Joe Hendricks.

Information close to the Chairman revealed to Space Sports that certain events in recent times have lead to the suspicion that Buckhard may be in talks with Hendricks for possible transfer to a top German Club.

According to the source, Even though Kotoko is in dire need of hard currency to run the affairs of the Club, the priority this season is to annex the League trophy and the Cup Winners Cup, hence the warning to all and sundry not to lure their top players with foreign contracts.

It will be recalled that, a former Kotoko coach Ian Porterfield took the 2002 Cup Winners Cup top scorer, Michael Osei to Korea for trials.
