Kinapharma Cries Foul Over League Sponsorship

Kinapharma cries foul over FA’s crooked dealings in Premier League Premier league title sponsor, Kinapharma is accusing the Ghana football Association of not being straight in its dealings over the rights to the Kinapharma premier league.

The FA signed an exclusive contract with Kinapharma for the title rights to the league earlier this year for which Kinapharma agreed to pay ?1.5b.

Unknown to Kinapharma, the FA had concluded a contract with Crystal TV, A Kumasi based TV station for the rights to the league in November last year but told Kinapharma that they had only held negotiations.

The marketing Director of Kinapahrma, Nuamah Eshun-Famiyeh told JoyOnline the FA was not forthright in its dealings.

So the big question is whether Kinapharma after being disappointed with the FA’s conduct will it call it quits from the club.

That is one of the ultimate decisions the drug maker can take, the other option is to ask for a refund and pursue legal action against the FA but it looks as though Kinapharma has decided to adopt a wait and watch attitude.

Nuamah Famiyeh Eshun told JoyOnline that the FA will have to immediately address the blunder, over this issue.
