Kevin Boateng to return for Roma clash

Kevin-Prince Boateng has been cleared by the AC Milan medical staff to feature in Saturday's crucial Serie A clash against AS Roma at the San Siro.

The 24-year-old midfielder, who was scheduled to return for last Tuesday's Coppa Italia tie against Juventus, could not pass the fitness test.

Boateng is now available for selection as Massimilano Allegri seeks to preserve their four- point lead at the top of the table.

However, the retired Ghana international is not expected to play the entire duration as the Rossoneri seek to get him fit for the crucial UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash against Barcelona.

Boateng has not featured for the Rossoneris since inspiring them to a 4-0 defeat of Arsenal in the round of 16 tie of the UEFA Champions League.
