Jonathan Mensah back to training

Evian Thonon Gailliard's Ghanaian centre-back Jonathan Mensah is back to training after suffering an injury which kept him out of action for close to a month.

The talented guardsman was back in training for the Les Croix de Savoyes after recovering fully from his injury and he is expected to play key roles in their quest to have a good position in the French Ligue 1.

Mensah's recovery is also good news for Ghana as coach Kwesi Appiah gets set to name his final 23-man squad for the Africa Cup of Nations on December 15.

Pascal Dupraz is also hoping that Mensah will form an impregnable partnership with Iheb Mbarki at the heart of defense as the season progresses.
