It would be impossible to keep Clottey- Pluym

Berekum Chelsea coach Hans Van der Pluym has admitted that it would be extremely difficult and almost impossible to hold on to star striker Emmanuel Clotty for the next football season.
The Dutch trainer believes that the amazing exploits of the striker in the CAF Champions league has made him one of the biggest talents on the African continent.
“If you perform the way Clottey is doing in the Champions league then you become a potential for the big leagues in Europe. I have to be honest with you; it is going to be difficult and almost impossible to retain Clottey for the next football season. I wish he would stay but that is very unlikely so if the right offer comes and the player wants to leave we won’t stand in his way,” Pluym said before their Champions league game against Al Ahly.
Already, Egyptian giants Zamalek and other Egyptian sides have expressed interest in the 25-year-old.
Clottey has scored 12 goals in the ongoing CAF Champions league and is just one goal shy of Stephen Worghu's record of 13 goals set in 2007.
Clottey has set himself a target of 18 goals in the Champions League and believes he can reach the target.
