Isaac Paha to coach Kotoko?

According to JoyOnline, Kumasi Asante Kotoko are close to appointing former national coach, Isaac Paha as the new technical head of the club.

The former Black Starlets coach came up tops from a list which included former player Ibrahim Sunday, Oko Aryee, Emmanuel Afranie and E.K Edusei.

Isaac Paha is expected in Kumasi before midday to take up the Kotoko job.

Paha would take up coach Abdul Karim Zito?s role after he was attacked last Saturday.

The Kotoko coach is expected to be out of action for a six-week period.

According to sources inside the club, Isaac Paha would be in charge of the team for now and still stay on when Karim Zito returns to duty in six weeks time.

The porcupine warriors were beaten 3-1 by Liberty Professionals on Sunday in the eighteenth week league match played in Accra.
