Hearts to play Sportive in a friendly

Accra, April 22, GNA - League leaders Accra Hearts of Oak will play Division One side Tema Real Sportive in a friendly match at the El Wak Stadium, Accra on Sunday, April 26. The match, which was originally billed for April 19, had to be called off to pave way for Division One sides to honour their match at the same venue.

Hearts will use the game to prepare for the commencement of the second round of the Premier League, whilst Sportive will take the opportunity to prepare for their next league game in the National Division One League.

A release signed by Ashford Tettey-Oku, Administrative Manager of Hearts copied to GNA Sports said the Phobians under the technical guidance of Kosta Papic are expected to parade a blend of both old and newly registered players for the friendly game. Among some of the newly signed players to be out-doored on the day include goalkeeper Sammy Adjei, Stanley Afedzie, Mahadi Abubakari, Hamza Abdulai and Hamza Mohammed who are expected to combine with good-old faithfuls Eric Gawu, Samuel Affum, Hassan Mohammed and Obed Ansah. The statement said a rate of 2.00 GHC will be charged at the Popular Stand and the VIP annex (Opposite) and 3.00 GHC at the VIP respectively. 22 April 09
