Hearts to miss quartet in Djoliba Confed Cup assignment

Hearts of Oak will be without four key players during their crucial CAF Confederation Cup second leg match at the Accra Stadium on Sunday.

The quartet is goalkeeper Seidu Mutawakilu and defenders Owusu Bempah, Ruben Gnane and Isaac Oduro.

Mutawakilu and Bempah are on national team assignment with the Black Satellites in New Zealand as Ghana prepares for the Under-20 World Cup.

Ruben Gnane is serving a suspension after the Ivorian import picked up a red card in the first leg of the clash with AC Djoliba in Mali.

Isaac Oduro will miss the home fixture after attracting two yellow cards in the continental assignments against Olympique de Ngor and Djoliba.

Hearts, who have a 2-1 advantage from the first leg, must avoid defeat to progress to the play-off round to face a club eliminated from the CAF Champions League.
