Ghana return delights Muntari

Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari has expressed his delight at resolving his differences with Ghana coach Milovan Rajevac.

Muntari was dropped following his absence from Ghana's training camp without permission ahead of an international friendly against Angola last December.

Serbian tactician Rajevac attempted to speak to him at his Italian base but the ex-Pompey man failed to meet his boss to clarify the issue.

However, the pair did meet recently and Muntari is now back in the fold ahead of this summer's World Cup finals in South Africa.

Patriotic

"It's a pleasure and a real patriotic act to play for your country," he told skysports.com.

"To wear the Black Stars' jersey is a childhood dream. I'm proud to be Ghanaian and love my team-mates.

"I would like to thank everyone for my return. Let's do well for the people of Ghana and Africa in the World Cup."
