Ghana Insurers Association Games comes off on Saturday

Accra, Oct. 18, GNA - This year's Ghana Insurers Association (GIA) Fun Games will be held at the Azumah Nelson Sports Complex on Saturday, October 20.

Mr Gabriel Glover, Executive Director of the Association who announced this in Accra on Thursday, said more than 20 Insurance companies will take part in the one-day Games of soccer, volleyball, Tug-of-War, Sack Race and Volleyball. He said some of the companies include State Insurance Company of Ghana Limited, Vanguard Assurance Company Limited, Social Security and National Insurance Trust, Provident Insurance Company Limited, Ghana Union Assurance and Star Assurance Company. Ghana Union Assurance will be defending the trophy they won last year.

The Games also form part of activities marking the celebration of 'Insurance Month'.
