Sunyani, (B/A) March 24, GNA - Liberty Youth F/C topped 93Zone 1A= " with 12 points after the first round of the 2010/2011 Brong-Ahafo Regional Second Division Football League ended this week. The first round league table representing all the nine zonal centres with 76 teams participated was released by the Regional Secretariat of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to the GNA Sports in Sunyani on Wednesday indicated that the seven teams in 93Zone 1A" played all six matches.

Liberty Youth won three, drew three, scored a total of five goals and conceded only one.

D.C. United, Abesim Stars and Nsoatreman F/C grabbed 10 points each but superior goals aggregate separated them in that order. Tano F/C were fifth with eight points followed by Hamburg at sixth position with six points and Soccer Stars placed bottom with only a point.

In the "Zone 1B" group, Benkris FC got 15 points followed by Aston Villas with 13 points, Chiraaman, nine points, Sun City - eight points, Glentoran - seven points, Union Stars - six points, with Nsuo Beye Booden placing last without a point. In 93Zone 2A", all the five teams played four matches with Great Heroes and Raja F/C bagging seven points each, but Heroes with superior goals aggregate topped the table followed by Raja FC. Nkoraman and All Stars followed with five points each while Idra F/C who suffered a disciplinary action with deduction of three points and three goals in one of their matches were last with a negative point. Jah Warriors had a slim dominance in the six-team 93Zone 2B" league with 10 points from the five matches played and were closely followed by Manchester United with nine points, Barcelona, nine points and Adwinpa two points.

Friction 93B" and Buffalo each played four matches with the former grabbing only a point and the latter no point. In 93Zone Three", Mpuasuman lead the group with 12 points hotly followed Sampa United with 11 points and Nyamman F/C six points. Drobo Warriors after facing a deduction of three points and three goals as a disciplinary action by the RFA placed fourth with four points with St. John F/C fifth with three points while Holy Royals, another victim of deduction of three points and three goals were last with only a point.

In 93Zone Four" Ayum F/C took the top position with 16 points from seven matches in the eight-team league. Ahafoman United placed second with 13 points, F.C. Porto, Hoffenham and Nananom F/C with 11 points each, while Simple Winners are perched at the sixth position with 10 points, followed by Red Lions with six points and Young Stars last with no point. In the 93Zone Five" competition where each of the seven teams played six matches, Zamalek are top of the ladder with 14 points, Sharp Arrows second with 11 points, Marcus third with nine points, Destroyers, fourth with eight points, Annointed Stars fifth, with six points, while Kyidom Stars and Freedom Stars placed sixth and seventh with five and four points respectively. In 93Zone 6A", Unity Sporting Club took the first position with 10 points with Araman F/C with better goals aggregate placed second over Amasuman, also with six points, while Tottenham and Ayambafe F/C were fourth and fifth with five and one point each respectively. In the 93Zone Seven", where eight teams participated, Danila Stars topped with 13 points, Bomaa Tigers and Tano Ajax all had 11 points each, AC Millan, who were deducted three points and three goals as punishment by the Disciplinary Committee, followed with nine points, Young Stars, eight points, Atweaban also eight points, Anadicons, another victim of the disciplinary measures had seven points and Mighty Stars also had seven points. In 93Zone Eight", Wenchi Heroes placed first with 10 points and were hotly chased by Young Sparrows and Unity Sporting Club with nine points each. Bandaman placed fourth with seven points, Young Stars, five points and Sosa Stars, another victim of the disciplinary measures, last with one point.

In 93Zone Nine", Nkenkasu F/C and AC Milan scooped 13 points each but Nkenkasu with better goals aggregate (12) against Milan (eight) lead the table.

Zimbo, Agentela and Aworowa Royals had 11 points each but superior goal aggregate separate them while Young Olympics were sixth with eight points, Celtic F/C five points and 90 Minutes F/C last with one point. Meanwhile, Mr Kwabena Munufie, Secretary of the Regional F.A. told GNA Sports that the League was on a two-week break and would be resumed next month for the commencement of the second round.
