Dwarfs defeats Wise

Cape Coast, Dec. 17, GNA- Cape Coast Mysterious Dwarfs broke the unbeaten record of Sekondi Eleven Wise when they beat them 2-0 in their Division One League match played at Robert Mensah Stadium on Sunday. Nana Brew Butler's boys playing one of their best games scored the opener in the 8th minute when midfielder, Musa Labaran, broke the deadlock with a sizzling shot.

Labaran after collecting a pass out paced his marker and scored the goal.

The early goal gave Dwarfs the tonic to probe for more goals and it came as no surprise when inside left, Bismark Asiedu, raised the tally to 2-0 with a long range shot in the 26th minute.

Wise resumed strongly and launched series of attacks but Dwarfs' stalwart defence foiled their attempts to score.
