Dwarfs console Hearts

Cape Coast, June 10, GNA - The management of Cape Coast Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs on Thursday sent a message of condolence to Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club and the bereaved family of the late Ofei Ansah, former player and coach of the champion club. In a message of condolence signed by Mr Ashraf Eltokhi, technical director of the Club, Dwarfs described the death of Mr Ansah as a blow to Ghana Soccer.

It described the former coach as a devoted and committed sportsman whose sad death has created a big vacuum in sports. A similar message signed by Mr Kweku Tandoh, Chairman of Cape Coast Venomous Vipers described Ofei Ansah as a disciplined player whose qualities should be emulated by the present footballers in the country. Ofei Ansah died at the Ridge Hospital in Accra on Wednesday after guiding his side to a 1-0 win over city rivals, Liberty Professionals in the GT Premier match at the Ohene Djan Sports stadium on Tuesday.
