Dwarfs beat BRM Stars 2-0

Cape Coast Mysterious Dwarfs beat newly promoted BRM Stars 2-0 in a friendly football match played at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday. Dwarfs scored a goal in each half of the game.

The match which forms part of preparations by the two clubs for the first division league was watched by a capacity crowd. From the blast of the whistle the new entrants matched their opponents boot for boot and twice came close to scoring but their centre forward Baba Musah threw away the chances.

From the 30th minute, Dwarfs took command of the game, raided their opponents vital area and snatched the leader in the 35th minute through Maxwell Kyei who was operating on the left flank. Dwarfs continued to dominate and it came as no surprise when Bernard Kumi redirected a cross from the left to raise the tally 2-0 in the 65th minute.
