Christian Action send goodwill message to Black Stars

Accra, June 11, GNA - Archbishop Nicholas Duncan- Williams of the Christian Faith Ministries has sent a goodwill message to the Black Stars to enhance their performance at the on-going FIFA World Cup tournament. The message urged the Stars to play every match with zeal and determination and an attitude of persistence to win. He reminded the Stars that: "A rock only breaks under the persistence of water", encouraged them to vigorously persist to win since persistence breaks resistance and charged them to play with excitement, passion and love to win for the nation. "Lord gives the Black Stars the feet of horses, the speed of the cheetah and the courage of a lion on the field of play and cause them to gain the upper hand in all the exchanges," the message said noting, "the fathers, mothers and children of the motherland were praying and wishing them Godspeed."
