Chelsea plot shock Muntari move

Sulley Muntari has emerged as a shock target for Chelsea Football Club.

The Ghanaian international made a fine impression during his debut season at Portsmouth, following a £7million summer transfer from Italian Serie A side Udinese.

Reports are now suggesting Chelsea, who are still without a manager since sacking Avram Grant, have made the 23-year-old a key transfer target and are willing to pay £10million to lure him to London.

Muntari has stated how happy he is with life at Fratton Park and he does have Uefa Cup football to look forward to next season, but would the lure of Stamford Bridge, and a link-up with compatriot Michael Essien, be too much to resist?
