Baba: Bayern will be tough customers

Augsburg defender Baba Rahman believes his team has what it takes to stun league leaders Bayern Munchen in the Bavarian derby at the SGL Arena on Saturday.

Augsburg who are third on the league table after their blistering start to the Germany Bundesliga are expected to be tough customers for Pep Guardiola and his charges.

With four consecutive wins and a dream of qualifying to the champions league still alive Baba Rahman says his side will make a statement when they entertain the record Bundesliga holders.

“The Bundesliga is a very competitive league, and I must confess that the team is ready for Bayern Munchen on Saturday.

“It will be an interesting game because they have some exciting players, who are playing at the highest level in world football,” he stated.
