Ayarna gets contract extension at GAIS

Ghanaian midfielder Reuben Ayarna has had a one year contract extension at Swedish Superattan side GAIS, Goal Ghana understands.

Ayarna joined GAIS as a free agent earlier this year after leaving BK Hacken and was instrumental as they finished 11th in the league.

“We are very pleased to give Reuben a new one year contract at GAIS, he has qualities and he contributed very much to the upturn for us during the fall season,” sporting director Jonas Lundén told the club’s website.

The 29-year-old Ghanaian first played for GAIS between 2008 and 2012.
