Annan to Manchester United still on agenda

The Norwegian club are bracing themselves for contact from United this summer, and sport.co.uk suggest the Reds could make a move imminently.

Sir Alex Ferguson has huge worries over Owen Hargreaves’ injury problems, and at just 23-years-old, Annan could prove a long-term solution.

Chelsea have also been linked with a move for the player since the end of last season, but it is believed a move to Old Trafford is his personal preference.
